    "content": "However, the issues that I have with the Bill, as many of my colleagues have already mentioned, is that we are talking about the issue of the number of commissions; that we cannot have another commission because we have very many commissions and the wage bill is growing by the day. We will not stop running our country because of the issue of the wage bill. In my view, we can form any authority and we are at liberty to run the country the way we should because that is what we are here for. However, we should address corruption.
