    "content": "This is because it is like now you want to retrench and at the same time you are hiring on the other hand. It beats the purpose. We want to reduce the number of commissions. I will be the first one to actually support the Bill that will come to this House to reduce the number of commissioners because what are they doing? If they are there we want to have them on a part time basis. So, to create another authority here is duplication and, of course, the wage bill is very high. I do not want to reduce my salary because it is very little but we are asking the Mover to look at having a department in the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology to deal with these kinds of things."
