You can easily get an answer, if any, in writing to say that there is nothing or there is something so that hon. Anyanga can come and seek clarifications here. So, you do not need to sit as a Committee to just find out how much money has been provided in the Budget. If there is none or if there is, it is a simple fact. How many libraries have been constructed in the last three years countrywide? That is information that should be easily available."
