    "content": "Actually, as a Committee, we relied on what we were told by the Cabinet Secretary. But, the hon. Member is at liberty to actually use other avenues, within our Standing Orders to get information. As far as the Committee is concerned, we are relying on the information from the Cabinet Secretary. Lastly, I just wanted to inform my good friend hon. Nassir, that usually, we have a County Security Committee that sits down to look at security issues at least twice in a month. It is chaired by the County Commissioner, and its members are the Commandant, Deputy Commandant, and Commandant from the regular police, an officer from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations and National Security Intelligence Service (NSIS). He comes from that county, so he is at liberty to meet them for any clarifications on any issues. That is the Statement and I do not have more to say."
