    "content": "Very well and I think Members take note of the Paper that has been laid by the Chair of the Budget and Appropriations Committee. It is the Committee’s Report on the Budget Policy Statement (BPS) which had been presented and I think it is an extremely important Report. I would urge that all of us familiarise ourselves with it before debate on it commences next week. Take advantage of the weekend. If we can do less of the other things and read this document, then we will have informed discussions on the Report. The office of the Clerk is directed to distribute sufficient copies to all Members."
