What I am trying to say is that it is good that the Leader of Majority Party brings his programme here but what I would ask is, if you look at Article 94 of the Constitution, we are here on behalf of the people of Kenya. Listen to what the people of Kenya say before you read your programmes for the week because these are the issues which concern them. Yesterday morning, we spent a lot of time discussing what was largely a self actualization Bill."
