I would like, for the purpose of record, to inform the House that the Parliamentary Committee on Health has been working on a similar Bill. We have engaged hon. Jared Opiyo and as the Bill is being referred to the Committee on Health, I would like him to kindly support the Bill that the Committee has been working on."
