Opiyo comes to you as the Mover of this Bill, so that you can agree. It is not unusual hon. Members even in the former system. Bills could be proposed from even the Executive, when Members were also moving theirs. All you need to do is sit down and harmonize. If you are not able to agree, every Bill will be brought to the Floor of the House for a decision by the House. So, this is not unusual.
