    "content": "Yesterday, I heard my colleagues who contributed questioning the constitutionality of the Bill. I think we are past that stage. Whether the Bill is constitutional or not, that is now water under the bridge. What is left for this House is either to amend or reject this Bill. This Bill originated from another House, the Senate. In my view, that was the stage at which the constitutionality of it would have been addressed. It is now past that stage.
