    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, secondly, the hon. Member was concerned about accommodation. I would like the hon. Member to understand that when Government officials travel abroad, bookings are done by Kenyan embassies and High Commissions abroad. Bookings are not done by the Prime Minister. We do not choose. I stayed at a hotel called Astoria Hotel in New York. That is where most delegates who visit the United Nations in New York stay. Even three years ago when I was there, I stayed there. I do not see why the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kenya should go and look for back street accommodation when he is on official business."
