    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, unless hon. Ng’eno was not in the House, I supported this Bill. I wish to most sincerely thank the Members who have contributed to this Bill. There has been a very vibrant debate on both sides of the House. It is a Bill that has brought up a lot of constitutional issues, but the fact of the matter is that the Speaker in his wisdom had already ruled that the Bill was constitutional and that they had consented that this matter comes before the House, between him and the Speaker of the Senate.
