    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I sympathise with the people of Laikpia North, who are actually my neighbours. I wish to confirm that what the hon. Member has stated is true. The docket for drought and famine relief has traditionally been domiciled in the Office of the President but has since be re-directed to the Ministry responsible for devolution. So, I want to recommend that the Statement request be transferred to the Departmental Committee on Finance, Trade and Planning, so that action can be taken immediately."
