    "content": "At times, it is good to read a report that is prepared by a committee; more often than not when we make our comments, as the Minority Leader did and he tried to bring in pedestrian arguments from a columnist in the streets who writes very unfavourable remarks, I do not think that, that is an issue that needs to be debated in this House.
