    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I am really not so concerned about the ICC or whatever but, the point of order I want to raise is this: Our Standing Orders talk about statements of facts. The Leader of Majority Party has spoken very affirmatively and with confidence that the Commission was involved in coaching the witnesses for the ICC. Could I ask the Leader of Majority Party to substantiate that serious allegation leveled against a commission which does not have the capacity to defend itself on the Floor of this House? If he cannot substantiate that, then he has no choice but to withdraw and apologize!"
