    "content": "The Kenya National Commission on Human Rights cannot - and I am sure those who were in the last Parliament will tell me - coach witnesses. We want them to protect human rights of our people in the villages - in Suba, Migori or Garissa. We do not want them to work for foreign powers. We do not want them to take a few dollars from ICC. We do not want them to take a few dollars for those who want to fix others. If they do, this House will not give them a budget.
