Is the good General in order to insinuate that the Departmental Committee on Labour and Social Welfare brought flimsy reasons in rejecting the candidature of Dr. Alawy, when we brought a report that quotes the Constitution of this country and what is required to be done? Secondly, it is a Report that has already been adopted by this House. It was properly in order and we convinced the House. I think the good General is out of order and should apologize."
