    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I also wish to add my voice to the issue of child rights. It is very important that this Commission revisits the provisions of the Constitution on child rights. Children of this country need our attention and the Constitution has made what they need very clear. I hope that this Commission will prioritize the need to support children access to free and compulsory education.
