    "content": "That level of requirement in qualifications is, indeed, in line with the provisions of the relevant law and the Constitution. Having applied our mind as a Committee to the nominees that appeared before us, we found out that the Chair and, indeed, the other members have the necessary qualifications, the expertise and exposure, both academic and experience. Above all, they meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution. As we address these issues, this is a Commission which is not only going to serve the Kenyan people, it will serve even Members of this House in terms of being able to point out issues that are of concern and relating to human rights."
