    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I would like to say that Kagwiria Mbogori is one person I met in Monrovia when I was on a United Nations (UN) mission in Liberia. She was working with the UN as a lawyer and she supported the Government of Liberia. She did extremely important work, particularly in the field of human rights, tackled child soldiers issues and gender-based violence. What was very important was the sort of reform laws that she helped to put in place. Whereas women have been saying that they are marginalized and excluded from important decisions, I think these are the sort of reforms we see coming to organizations and bringing life into them."
