    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, with your kind permission, I would like to bring to the attention of the House the fact that shortly before this Order was read out, I was approached by the Finance Committee Vice-Chairman himself who is no less than our Chairman right now, and requested that I cede ground and accept that this matter be put off until Tuesday next week for the reason that the Committee is still engaged in debate and discussions on the matters that must come before the Committee of the whole House. I have very reluctantly agreed out of my respect for the person who made the request. Therefore, I would request with your permission, if you deem fit, the House allows that the matter be put off to Tuesday, next week."
