    "content": "Hon. Speaker, later on, I called three hon. Members of this House namely; hon. Lekuton, hon. Lati and hon. Sakuda. We went and told the Cabinet Secretary: “Do not interfere with the Provincial Administration recommendations.” The Cabinet Secretary promised not to do so. He said: “I was misled.” That is why I am asking what his role is in the appointment of chiefs and assistant chief. There was an approval for the appointment of those people but just because of politics, they have been denied their rights."
