We can table it in this House but because of the pressure from the leaders from the pastoral communities and because of lack of interest in some of those people from pastoral areas, the Government relaxed those provisions so that they can get chiefs in places like in Marsabit, Turkana, Pokot. Most of the “dotcoms” in those areas would prefer to join other sectors."
