    "content": "It is the Affirmative Action Social Development Bill and it has been in this Budget and Appropriations Committee for over six months now. This is the seventh month. We are suffering. We really urge the Chairman to have the heart of women and consider this Bill. He has been very hard on this Bill. We are just pleading with him to bring this Bill before this House so that Members of Parliament can give their input and I am sure they are very willing to support it. We are sisters and parents.
