    "content": "On the same day, it is envisaged that the House will consider the Report of the Joint Sittings of the Departmental Committees on Administration and National Security and that of Defence and Foreign Relations on the inquiry into the terrorist attack on the Westgate Mall and the other terror attacks in Mandera and Kilifi. Through you, I wish to urge hon. Members to get copies of those reports and understand the content to enable them make informed debate."
