    "content": "The House will also continue with the consideration of the County Governments (Amendment) Bill, 2014. This is one of the two Bills that originate from the Senate, the other being the National Flag, Emblems and Names (Amendment) Bill, 2013. We, in the National Assembly, must expedite these Bills so that we can convey them back to the Senate. Let me commend the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs for preparing their reports on the two Bills on time. Further, in the event the consideration of the Second Reading of the Kenya Qualifications Framework Bill, 2013, the Constitution of Kenya (Amendments) Bill, No.`15 of 2013 and the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) Bill, No.2 of 2013 are not concluded today, then it follows that they will also be put down for next week.
