    "content": "Thank you, hon. Speaker. I appreciate the Statement by the Leader of Majority Party. My only concern, which I would request the Leader of Majority Party to pass to the House Business Committee, is that there are some Bills, like my VAT Amendment Bill - I thank the House Business Committee for putting it in the Order Paper. But the way it has been placed in the Order Paper makes it almost impossible to transact. You put other Bills ahead of it. This Bill, if it is not passed within a reasonable time, it will be of no value to this country.
