    "content": "Vetting is a very important factor of the Commission and if we do not delete Clause 6, it will mean that we remove the vetting function from the National Police Service Commission. That will kind of paralyze operations and integrity of the officers. So, we have it deleted, so that the vetting process and function remains with the National Police Service Commission."
