The quorum of meetings of the Commission shall be six members, who shall include— (a) the four members appointed under Article 246(2)(a)(i) and (iii) of the Constitution; and (b) any two of the members appointed under Article 246(2)(b) and (c). Hon. Speaker, it is important that hon. Members appreciate the fact that we have members of this Commission who are civilians and we have other members who are uniformed. We want to blend the two so that it is not actually inclined to favour one side. That is why we propose that we increase the number to six so that they can be properly represented in the Commission. Therefore, I propose."
