    "content": "Thank you, Temporary Deputy Chairman. I stand to oppose. I oppose because one of the reasons that the Commission has been having challenges is that, sometimes they do not get the quorum and sometimes they are blackmailed by the members, especially from the Service. In fact, a day or two ago, I saw them pool their members. If they do not have a quorum, it means you have effectively killed the Commission. So, we need to allow the Commission to do its work, if other members are not willing to attend. It would be a way of blackmailing the Commission. Therefore, I oppose."
