    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, the amendment proposes to make the Inspector General and the two Deputy Inspector Generals full time members of the Commission. I think that is not in order. They are supposed to remain ex-officio members who only come for the meetings. The principal Act which the proposed amendment seeks to amend states that the Chairperson, the members of the Commission other than ex- officio members shall serve on a full time basis. So, if we amend that by removing ex- officio members from that clause the Inspector General and the deputies will be full time members. I support the amendment."
