Temporary Deputy Chairman, a commission cannot by itself co-opt commissioners more so when we have in our laws the procedure through which you make people commissioners to this Commission or any other commission. It would be worse with regard to the fact that all commissioners including ex-officio members will be members. You will have a situation in which really you do not know the Commission proper. Even our work as Parliament in terms of vetting the commissioners will be duly undermined. Thank you."
