Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 8 be amended- (b) In Sub-clause (2) by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (b)- (c) In violation of Chapter Six of the Constitution”, In Sub-clause 2, I am suggesting that we do not appoint persons who are in violation of Chapter Six of the Constitution. They should not be appointed to the Council. We just import the Constitutional provision of Chapter Six."
