    "content": "It is not the Holy Spirit, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. It is a spirit because I was not sure which spirit it was in the first place. However, I want to say that these groups, other than the first three, are amorphous organisations. Let us look, for example, at the issue of Kenya Professionals Association. To me that looks amorphous because I am not sure what it is. Like what hon. Chepkong’a has pointed out, a joint forum of religious leaders is also amorphous. A network of civil societies, that is even worse. So, I oppose these organizations which are amorphous. I am sure that the hon.
