Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 15 be amended by deleting the words “may include persons who are not members of the Council but have the requisite expertise” appearing in sub clause (2) and substituting therefor with the words “may from time to time hire experts to assist in carrying out work in their area of expertise”."
