    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I stand to support this Bill. It is very important that, for the first time, we will be able to regulate this industry. Looking at the functions of the Authority, it is very clear, in Clause 5(1) that the objects for which the Authority is being established are to oversee the construction industry and co-ordinate its development. It is very clear that the Authority is going to co- ordinate activities concerning construction. I believe that, for the first time in the history of this country, we will get value for money. If you analyse corruption in this country, you will realise that one half of taxpayers’ money goes to waste through corruption in the construction industry."
