    "content": "Thank you, hon. Deputy Speaker, for giving me this chance to contribute to this very important Bill. As you have heard from most of the speakers, the spirit was that of consultation and we felt that we need to move forward. Therefore, when we agreed to have a minimum number of six to form a quorum, it meant that the four civilians who are part of the Commission will not make a decision about the police without the representatives from the police. It is important that we have the police who are the law enforcers getting involved in these decisions that affect them directly."
