    "content": "Thank you, hon. Deputy Speaker. I also want to support this Bill, bearing in mind the fact that this country’s security is paramount, especially to my constituents. I am always in the pages of newspapers championing about security in my constituency. Today I decided to sit here until debate on this Bill is concluded. I am ready to sit here up to the time this Bill will be passed. It is long overdue. We have wasted a lot of time. We want our police offices to be liberal and do their work. Most of the time, the hands of police officers are tied because of the bureaucracy that is provided in the Constitution. They cannot do what they are supposed to do.
