    "content": "I know hon. Mbadi was in the team that wanted to take over the seat. So, we forgive him for now. I want to take this opportunity to commend the House Business Committee for coming up with a road map and plan for the House. It is very important for us to have a schedule, because we have realized that many Members have not been able to plan their time properly. I hope this will help, especially the first timers. Many marriages are breaking up because half of their time, Members pretend they are in the constituency but they are doing something else. So, I encourage Members to check the schedule properly and make sure that when they are not with their constituents, at least they spend time with their family. I would like to urge the Leader of Majority Party to make sure that this calendar is circulated to various Ministries of Government. This will enable Members work within it and avoid working at midnight or at 2 O’clock in the morning. Dates for Budget reading in the East African countries have been synchronized. I do not want to take much time on this issue, but I take this opportunity to second the Motion. Thank you, hon. Speaker."
