    "content": "Hon. Speaker, Sir, I am happy that where we have made reductions, in many cases they were for buildings and refurbishment. Those are things that can wait for the main Budget. There is no need to push them in this Budget. I know that there are some areas where we would have liked particularly the area of health regarding human resource, particularly for a group of health workers referred to as interns. We could not handle it here but I am sure we will have opportunity to handle it later."
