    "content": "As we speak, we have 4,000 troops in Somalia trying to keep Al Shabaab at bay under AMISOM. AMISOM does not pay for our Airforce and Navy. We bomb AlShabaab areas at our own expense and yet, the money that we pay them is so little. It is peanuts. Just imagine those 4,000 troops staying in a very rough area in Somalia and after they come back home, they have no houses. They have no place to call home. We are not even modernizing our weapons. If you look around the region, our troops are out- numbered, and Kenya is not recruiting more."
