Deputy Speaker, therefore, I feel that it is only fair that we give the National Gender and Equality Commission Kshs40 million to pay up their debts and then, for this amount that we do not immediately need, we can actually pay half of it and then pay the other half in the remainder of the term. As we speak, we do not even know the cost of that social economic report. We will need to advertise it. We will need to see how much exactly it will cost and then, as we appropriate, we will be able to give the exact amount that is required.
