    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, I have looked at the Estimates that were brought to us. I suspect that the reason why they are being brought late is so that we are not able to scrutinize and amend them. They think we will just take things the way they are. I hope that, as we move to the real Budget--- I am aware that, next week, we will be dealing with the Budget Policy Statement (BPS). Let us look at that, put our feet down and make the necessary changes, so that the Budget can reflect the needs of this country and the wishes of the people that we represent."
