    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, as I conclude. I hope that in future, money that has been allocated to development will be spent on development. It is very bad that, at the Supplementary Budget stage, we are removing money from development and allocating it to Recurrent Expenditure and, therefore, undermining the economic development of this country.
