    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, we also know that the Jubilee Government is very digital and we need to make sure that many households have electricity to transact their business. We now have the Uwezo Fund. However, without electricity in the rural areas our youth there cannot utilise this Uwezo Fund. If electricity is provided in rural areas, young men and women will be able to carry out their businesses like welding or run ladies’ salons. They can do all these if electricity is provided."
