We have noted what they have said and we are very grateful. I cannot, as you can imagine, respond to all the issues that have been raised, but allow me to say that the Budget and Appropriations Committee is there to serve all the spending agencies created by the new Constitution and the laws that we make. We do so in good faith and without fear or favour."
