Deputy Speaker, as I end and with regard to the strong argument put on the need to support defence, agriculture and interns; if you check my report, you will see that the one expression that I repeated over and over again is; “the Supplementary Budget proposes”. So, this is a Budget from the National Treasury and it is not a Budget from the Budget and Appropriations Committee. Once the National Treasury proposes, we give it to the committees to do the necessary reallocation because we are not supposed to exceed the ceiling. That is what we respect and we seek to work with."
