"content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me this opportunity. First of all, I want to thank my brother, hon. Lati. Having grown up in the marginalized areas, we know where the shoe pinches. The framers of our Constitution had a very good idea on where that money should go. Hon. Members, we know of the rich history and successes of what we have in our constituencies. The CDF money is the only money that is working on the ground. This Equalization Fund is meant to assist the constituencies that need help. This is, indeed, a credit.
