    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I support the amendment of the Bill on the Equalization Fund. I also want to join other Members who have spoken. Kenya has just celebrated 50 years of Independence. It is half a century old. Half a century are many years. It is only in 2010 after the passing of the Constitution that this country has recognised that there are marginalized areas and, therefore, we must give them Equalization Fund. I thank Kenyans for passing that Constitution."
