The other day, we were shown on television people in Turkana, or elsewhere, going to the top of a mountain to access mobile phone networks, so that they can communicate with others. It is difficult. These are basic needs. During the campaign time when people go to these areas, we are told about identity cards and water. People beg for identity cards and water as if they are not Kenyans.
