    "content": "I support my friend Lelelit, because once this Bill has gone through, in most of those marginalized areas, our people are going to access some of the basic necessities. I want to also appreciate the framers of our Constitution because they prescribed what this Equalisation Fund is supposed to do. It is supposed to provide basic services such as water, roads, health facilities, electricity and other basic things. I support it and encourage most of us to be around and vote for this Constitutional Bill. I want to urge our friends who come from those marginalized areas, to talk to us nicely, so that we can vote for it and have the Constitution amended. Thank you and God bless you."
